Elvis was at least 260 pounds at his death and on all kinds of drugs hard on the heart.

He was more around 350 pounds at the time of his death (he was six feet tall) and was said to be grossly constipated due to his drug use and diet. I don't want to get too graphic but he was so constipated that he had compacted stool that was over four months old inside of him.

Leading up to that time, he would take one of his private planes to Colorado just to pick up a sandwich called "Fool's Gold" which was an entire loaf of bread hollowed out and filled with a jar of jam, a jar of peanut butter, a stick of melted butter and a pound of bacon. The sandwich contained 8,000 calories and to Elvis, it was a "midnight snack."
