My grandmother’s middle name was Alberta. She was born in Alberta, but they grew peaches in British Columbia. I wonder if Alberta made Melba.

Peaches in British Columbia? Yikes. When I drive down I-95 to Florida I always stop at my aunt’s grave in Georgia and every damn thing there is named Peach or Peachtree.
