Yea customer service is the pits. I walked a bank yesterday and the only employee in the place asked me “how can I help you?”. I’m here to cash a check, said I as I reached for my wallet.

I have a small account at a credit union. About two years ago they began pulling $5 a month as a fee for not being an active account but never sent any statements to let us know.
They have refunded some but not all of it.
I’m about ready to close the account. In all likelihood I’m their oldest customer. My grandfather founded the credit union 60 years ago and I hold account #4.
I’m surprised their poor customer service doesn’t see that.
