The Mega Millions jackpot has reached an estimated $1.35 billion –
the second-largest in the lottery’s history – after no winner snagged
the big prize in Tuesday night’s drawing, officials said.
That’s a boost from Tuesday’s jackpot of $1.1 billion, which saw
no tickets match all six winning numbers of 7, 13, 14, 15, 18 and
the Mega Ball 9.
While no ticket matched the jackpot drawing, 16 won the game’s
second-tier prize taking home up to $3 million.

No state income tax in Washington. Cash value is currently $707.9 million and after federal tax = $446 million +/-.
My guess is another Californian wins it. Can’t figure out why that state has an income tax and a millionaire tax, but they don’t tax lottery winnings.
If I win I’ll use it all to set up transgender surgery clinics and drag queen shows for grade school kids!
Now you’re thinking!
I'll see your Pacer and raise you an East German Trabant. It was always a hit with comrade frauleins.
Giant bomb shelter, 4 big diesel generators, 20 years of food for 50 people, air filtration, water filtration, a couple thousand guns and parts, a few million rounds of ammo, 15 bathrooms.
I’d also never work again except on what I love doing in my free time
If I win, I will dedicate my life to doing ridiculous things with no purpose other than to really piss off democrats
That’s one reason why I’d wait six months to pick up the check. By then, the hoopla would be over. I’m not saying it’s a perfect scenario, but I think it’s better than picking up the next day after I won the money, I’d immediately go on a six month cruise. So now we’re talking a year after I won. the public interest Has to Wane big time.
I’m getting tired of this.
Just give me the money already.
If I win I would finally be able to
fill up my F-150 (35 gallon tank).

Good one....... LOL
Flashbacks...
I owned a Cavalier, and my Dad had both a Pacer and Gremlin...
Shudder...

IMO it would take you 6-months or more to actually set up
a process/system to take of all the details so you wouldn’t
have to be involved. Can you imagine the change in your
life if your name gets out as the winner. People would be
lined up to knock on your door with all kinds of request to
help them in their needs.
Would totally do that.
Another week or two and the jackpot will be high enough for it to be worth my while to go out and buy a ticket...
Thanks, they will donate the money to me. I’ve had it with the GOP. I’m going to be a Democrat and get my cut of the loot.
But if you take the lump sum option, you’ll only get about a third of that. Is it even worth it?
I wish I didn’t have a moral compass. Like taking candy from a baby…
I’d be more inclined to play if they’d divide that billion dollar prize up into a lot of smaller prizes.
My sister used to say “The lottery is a tax on those bad at math.”
That’s essentially what happens if you match some of the numbers
