Well, he just copped to violating the law:
“18 U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material”

“(a) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.”

Let me tell you how bad this emerging scandal of these two batches [so far!] of classified documents that former VP & current President Joe Biden “lost” really is:

1. There are people who were criminally charged for just showing somebody classified material they weren’t authorized to view.

2. There are people sitting in jail today for exposing classified material.

3. People have gotten long prison sentences for taking classified material without proper authorization.

4. By it’s very nature, it’s **impossible** to ‘lose’ classified material. The handling of it is according to strict regulation & policy.

5. You’re being told that [so far!] Biden managed to ‘lose’ not just one batch of classified documents, he lost TWO batches.

6. It’s a given that the people handling these classified docs at the Penn Biden Center & this garage did not have security clearances.

7. It’s Day Three of this emerging scandal and already AG Merrick Garland is having to have an out-of-the-ordinary press conference to address it.

8. It is **impossible** to not draw parallels between Biden’s having these classified docs he had no authority to declassify, and the Trump situation with the Mar A Lago raid and a Special Prosecutor already appointed to investigated the supposedly “still” classified documents Trump had in the Secret Service guarded storage room.

9. This new emerging scandal, only 3 days old and growing like a mofo, is on TOP of all the scandals surrounding the Biden Crime Family. We’re now also getting rumors that US Attorney for Delaware David C. Weiss is about to charge Hunter Biden.

10. The Penn Biden Center just came out and insisted it doesn’t have any Chinese donors. That seemed awfully defensive.

11. A President is supposed to be a competent person. Someone who ‘loses’ 2 batches of confidential gov’t documents is not competent.
