Condor on prime is excellent series about dirty dealings of CIA.
Three Days of the Condor is one of my favorite movies ;-)
Coincidentally, I am watching the first interview with Edward Snowden by Joe Rogan. Very, very enlightening Snowden is engaging, articulate, and personable. Freepers who distrust the Deep State should embrace him. He is no traitor by any stretch. He simply has tried to expose the incredible, twisted, evil, self-serving power of our intelligence community.
That’s a great one and it caused me to see Snowden in a totally different light. The feds and their alphabet henchmen are your enemy, not the guy turning the light on in the room.
Very well said. I haven’t seen it yet, but here is Rogan’s second interview with Edward Snowden:

I’ve seen/heard both! Thx!

Thanks for the recommendation. Hubby might like this.
One, there is a rumor Snowden was Deep State, and was sent by CIA (his first employer) into Booze to get into NSA to hamper its collection abilities and damage it politically, so CIA could eventually subsume its ELINT operations.
Supposedly CIA was also involved with Bradley Manning, as an attack on Mil Intel. Notice both Snowden and Manning are free.
Then NSA retaliated with Joshua Adam Schulte, having him release CIA’s Vault 7 exploits, making them useless, and setting back CIA hacking ability. Schulte is in prison right now.
There is a big secret Snowden knows about, something so mind-blowing that when it is released, either a good 5-10% of the country will be in unimaginable trouble, or there will be an instant civil war waged by the other 90%.
I can almost guarantee you, somebody in your neighborhood, who looks like just another citizen, runs an observation post that looks just like a house, and has listened in your house (and everyone else’s, and probably transcribed a private conversation you had in your home, and put it in a file on you. You have almost certainly been followed through a grocery store by four or five people, who were, for at least a few days every year or two, assigned to follow you, to top off your file with a list of your purchases and what goes into your home. And if you have a child, a kid they went to school with has made observations of your child which were put in a file on your child, that was being assembled by the spy-parents of the spy-kid.
Understand, the reality of domestic spying in the US is physical surveillance, by real people assigned to “get to know” the people in their sector, has surpassed what the Stasi created, not just technologically, but in manpower as well. I would bet it is now worse in the US than it ever was in any apartment in East Germany, with microphones in all the apartments.
Snowden knows this, and has said nothing about it, telling you the biggest transgression against you is your phone calls were stored on a server somewhere, with so much data nobody will ever look at it.
The reality is much different. And he knows, and has said nothing.
And moreover I will guarantee you, the domestic intel op I have seen with my own eyes, could not have missed a bunch of middle eastern hijackers who were preparing to do 9/11.
Intel knew.
