If he had classified (apparently SCI, the highest level of security) documents in his possession in a non-secure location, then he’s in way deeper s#it than Trump, who not only had the authority to declassify, but had a SCIF at Mar-A-Lago where such documents could legally be held.

The real difference between the two is that Biden’s docs were related to sensitive/embarrassing/criminal evidence of graft/influence pedaling documents to protect himself from prosecution. Trump’s docs refuted malicious prosecution/political prosecution/Hillary dirty tricks.
