I find it hard to believe he said that.
The Buckeyes lost to Georgia with their top 2 running backs injured. Plus, Harrison, who is arguably the best receiver in college was out in the fourth quarter. Still it took a fluke shanked field goal for Georgia to win.
TCU played their Championship game against Michigan, they didn’t have anything left for Georgia.
Should have turned it off at halftime like I did
The cheap hit on Harrison is what won it for GA.
But this trouncing of TCU was a shocker. Will shut up the ‘they deserve to be there’ argument for a few years.
I’m one of those Pac-10 types that thought TCU had a shot. Thought if they can score 40.....yeah no dice. So be it.

TCU has a lot of college football cred.
They are, previous national champions, admittedly years ago.
The Dave O’Brian award, which goes to the best quarterback each year, is based on O’Brian who is a TCU alum.
This outcome, is unfortunate.
We need smaller colleges in the playoffs, which this will unfortunately discourage.

Georgia has an extremely talented quarterback.
He won’t get the credit he deserves, as he doesn’t project that well at the next level.
But he is as good of a college quarterback as you will ever see, and has been the main driver in Georgia’s last 2 seasons.
Only an opinion, but I think the best college QBing in recent history was Joe Burrow at LSU.

2019 LSU probably greatest college team I’ve ever seen, especially after seeing what those guys are doing in the NFL....Maybe the ‘95 Huskers better. Think they covered every spread that year, and those spreads were stupid.
