I’ve cooked them in beer on the grill, with chopped up onions and sauerkraut.
Even done em in Guinness. Not German, but good.
The summer community picnics (Fireman’s etc)generally go through thousands of pounds of brats each year in Sheboygan County WI. The Howards Grove picnic went through over 4 thousand pounds one year.
The Sheboygan CO Fair goes through I dont know how many thousand pounds of Brats and Hamburgers each year.
