Trump's weakness is his obsession with managing his image even when more drastic action was required. Gen. Flynn, Parick Byrne, and Syndey Powell wanted trump to invoke the Insurrection Act and call forth the militia because the election was hacked. Trump dithered before caving in to his handlers who thought it didn't look good. If he had followed their advice, things would be different today. Trump sticking with McCarthy signals he only wants to challenge the GOP establishment, and Congressional power in small steps. It may be too late for that.

Re: 6 - for the questionable and in some cases bad hiring decisions made by President Trump during his first term, those are hopefully the sorts of questions that are asked of him during the Republican Primaries for ‘24.
I believe his daughter and son-in-law did him no favors in that area. But ultimately the buck stops with President Trump.
