I’d like to know myself.
I was working on just eating smaller portions with mixed success. Then I had more issues with high blood sugar that could not be explained and the medications I was on did not stop. Putting me on Mounjaro to help with the blood sugar has helped with the appetite control as well. I understand it is scarce now because people are using it just for weight loss. I need to lose a bit more so I can start swimming so I can lose more.
