If this is the Parliamentarian giving her the instructions, why isn’t he the one running the show? It doesn’t make sense to have a figurehead up there pounding the gavel and just repeating what the person standing next to her tells her to say. I know, Congress has all of its silly customs and requirements, but this one is just ridiculous.

NOT unusual! In fact COMMON. Usually the newest members get this crap job and have ZERO clue what to do or say. the House Parliamentarian is an expert on house rules and procedures. Sort of like a trial judge only in a more advisory role except when their is a conflict over the rules, then they will render a decision.

The parliamentarian (if he was actually was next to her..I havent seen proof of that) as I understand it is supposed to advise the speaker. Not tell her word for word what to say and think. She is being coached like an ignorant small child or someone with no knowledge whatsoever. Hell I could run the process as well as she with someone coaching me on every word to say.
Don’t forget the lavish praises fake news is giving her as well.
The point this thread is trying to make is just that she is black and therefore must be bad and stupid and un-American. That’s what all these posts are really about.
