Faked vax documents is pretty common. Up to 10% of the vax doc images we collected for work were likely fake(too blurry to read or just a pic of something random).
Most of these athletes that had to be vaxxed didn’t do it. Too risky for little gain.
Lots of college students are alive now because they faked theirs.
I think I would have just opted out of the indoctrination program myself, but if it comes to access to food...
