I'm not a huge fan of Celine but I do like her and it seems as though one of the other 200 names on the list could be removed in favor of her. Of course I think that because I don't recognize more than a handful of the names, especially at the bottom of the list. The Rolling Stone List can be found
HERE.

Sorry, but the Rolling Stone has indeed gathered moss - so much that it stinks worse than the Biden White House and congress. And that’s a whole lot O’stink. No one gives a shi...er...Dorkbama what the little twinks print.

Let Celine touch those things for once.

When I started at the bottom of the list I got to 194 before I recognized the singer Kelly Clarkson......of course I'm 75 YO

This has to be some kind of political thing. Celine has a voice for the ages and should have been in the top 100 at least. I thought it might have been some anti-David Foster thing, but Whitney made it so that wasn’t a factor.
Also, where was Tony Bennett? His voice is iconic on so many recordings and is a recognized superstar with a career that has spanned 60 years. How many of the people on this list will be footnotes in some music database in a few years while people will be listening to “I Left My Heart in San Francisco” forever.

Sorry Celine but points deducted for that Titanic Theme song that our wives would not stop crying to every time it came on the radio. And it came on the radio pretty much every day for 20 years.
How come Huey Lewis didn't make this list?

A mob of screaming, wailing Celine Dion fans is a horrifying thought to contemplate.

Bob Dylan is iconic for a lot of reasons, but 15th best singer? That’s a joke and an insult to readers.

That list is right up there with the “Rock and Roll” Hall of Fame.

Billie Elish is better than Ellie Mae Morse, or Helen Forrest or a whole host of other great females singers of decades past. I guess there is no such thing as the past for Rollling Stone Magazine...then again, I dumped my subscription when they left Sf for New York so Jann Werner can blow snow with the best of the hoity toities...

In all fairness, vocalists are rated very differently from instrumentalists.

Whatever rocks your boat, but I should hope that these people be more concerned about the attack upon their fundamental liberties than some RS publicity stunt. (Wouldn’t be surprised if Dion were left off the list precisely to spark this protest.)
Maybe if we could order Fakebook and Twatter to ban any reference to Celine Dion these morons would start to worry about censorship.
