Avid Celine Dion fans gathered outside of Rolling Stone headquarters in Midtown Manhattan on Friday, protesting the magazine for excluding the five-time Grammy Award-winning diva from its “The 200 Greatest Singers of All Time” list.
Video shows protesters chanting and singing outside the headquarters, carrying signs that read messages like “How could you forget Celine?” and “Rolling Stone, you’ve hit an iceberg.”
The list, which was released on New Year’s Day, has caused some social media uproar for excluding some big industry names, most notably Dion.

Sorry, but the Rolling Stone has indeed gathered moss - so much that it stinks worse than the Biden White House and congress. And that’s a whole lot O’stink. No one gives a shi...er...Dorkbama what the little twinks print.
“I am Celine Dion and I am the best singer in the world!”

Send them kayaks.
I was more interested in how Celine has such loyal fans that they organized this protest over a list. We may not care about this but they do! Plus I am amused about how out of touch I am with who’s who in entertainment. It’s not like I live in a cave or anything.
Let Celine touch those things for once.
And what about Slim Whitman?
The man was an true yodeling legend, selling millions of records world-wide and winning the title of #1 international star in a music poll – four times !

Yodelling deserves it day in the sun.
Plus he saved us from the Martians.
Never forget.
This has to be some kind of political thing. Celine has a voice for the ages and should have been in the top 100 at least. I thought it might have been some anti-David Foster thing, but Whitney made it so that wasn’t a factor.
Also, where was Tony Bennett? His voice is iconic on so many recordings and is a recognized superstar with a career that has spanned 60 years. How many of the people on this list will be footnotes in some music database in a few years while people will be listening to “I Left My Heart in San Francisco” forever.
How come Huey Lewis didn't make this list?
Who is he?
A mob of screaming, wailing Celine Dion fans is a horrifying thought to contemplate.
LOL...no idea, but that was the photo that popped up at the top of the Rolling Stone article. I saw that and left.
Bob Dylan is iconic for a lot of reasons, but 15th best singer? That’s a joke and an insult to readers.
They have not yet developed a device which could accurately measure my indifference to that headline
Wait, Bob Dylan can sing?!
