Better: Dismantle the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the federal government. Oh yeah, I remember that Mr. Reagan wanted to do some of that! How did that work out? Seems like electing politicians and sending them to 'The Swamp' has a pretty low batting average when it comes to 'dismantling the federal government'! Maybe we need an amendment or two to do that...
