As long as Congress gets to decide if the state proposals from amendments comes from legislatures or conventions Where do you get that? Article five is for the states to go around congress, or do you think congress should have sole power?

Read the Article V text I posted in comment 25 to where I got that idea. Maybe I’m misreading the loophole I believe allows Congress to make that decision.
