And if such a set of ‘amendments or amendment’ are proposed that created create a ‘new constitution’ the states still have to ratify it. So, you think 38 states will betray the current Constitution?

I believe they would. See how we were betrayed by the lame duck Congress last month. The same types run the legislatures. The blues states for a start will do it. The red state legislatures are mostly RINO squishes who will cave to the media and commie mobs.
