> Saying everything is racist is racist. <
You betcha. The old saying applies: The first person to bring up race is usually the racist.
It’s interesting how these days that person is almost always a liberal.
I’ll bet that makes Somalis and Ethiopians feel bad.
Wait! Weren’t the Somalis known as “Skinnies” in the past?
On the other hand, the Sudanese were called “Fuzzy Wuzzys”.
Reminds me of an old poem my mom used to say when we were kids..
Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear.
Fuzzy wuzzy had no hair.
He wasn’t a Fuzzy wuz he.
my ex DIL is quite black and is fit and trim....educated too....good mom....good person....
I am overweight myself so I shouldn't speak but I will....
there is a growing underclass of both blacks and whites that are really overweight and do not work and have poor prospects in their futures...
it IS a problem for society.
Talking about Race is racist, you racist. Thinking about Race is racist, you racist. Black is not a color, you racist.
so is being intelligent...
huh? the skinniest people in the world are Africans! I see them on the TV nearly every day begging for food.
LOL
Racist is the new Nazi.
the stupid, it hurts.
calling everything racist is racist
The universe is racist, always has been, always will be.
Get used to it.
I expect that most of the women in those pictures have a higher percent of 'Whiteness.'
I'm waiting for someone to start complaining about the high number of Blacks represented in the media and ads on TV, etc. are black but overwhelmingly have Caucasian features.
I think the Fuzzy-Wuzzy’s were the only ones to break a British square.
At this point—who really gives a fig? I don’t.
Racism accusations are no more than the hum of my refrigerator.
It’s all just background noise I’ve become accustomed to.
If I see a truly racist thing, I call it out but 98% of the stuff jabbered about nowadays is political noise.
Fuzzy wuzzy had no hair.
He wasn’t a Fuzzy wuz he Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't fuzzy, was he?
In 1962 on Oahu, got a cake of "Fuzzy Wuzzy" soap - that shed "hair" when used.
Regards,
It’s obvious we’re in the throes of normalizing, even fetishizing, obesity. Praise and publication of “plus size” models, deifying such as Lizzo,, as much for her obesity as her singing, reality shows glamorizing morbid obesity, efforts to cancel actors in movies like the Whale for stigmatizing the obese, are symptoms. Before long, we can expect the medical world to recommend obesity for their patients and to stop suggesting weight loss to avoid heart issues and diabetes.
