An Ecuadorian man has changed his gender from male to female to help him win custody of his daughters due what he claims is his country’s unfair policy of favoring mothers in custody disputes.
René Salinas Ramos, 47, claims that his daughters’ mother is abusive and that he hasn’t seen his children in five months.

Proving you are insane may not go over well in the courts.
If someone can LEGALLY define their own gender, then there is NO BASIS for ANY LAW.
Are there any cases, anywhere in the United States, in the courts which challenge the legality of gender changing? We know that apparently one is “allowed” to call themselves whatever they want, choose their pronouns and even whack certain chunks of themselves off their bodies. But are others forced to recognize them as they “choose” to be recognized?
Does a wife/mother in a divorce setting HAVE to recognize the husband/father as a wife/mother, just because “HE”demands it? And, do the courts adjudicate based on the natural (“born as”) gender or as the “preferred” gender?
There is a lot of official participation in this nitwittery in the US. I’m pretty sure a popular new trend among male prisoners is to suddenly “identify” as female, requiring immediate transfer to women’s prisons, where they can use the female p*nises to impregnate the lady inmates.
If you're attorney is just a drain on your wallet with no real results, trust God and pray. Then fire your attorney and hire another one.
If that attorney is just as bad as the first one then trust God and pray and fire the 2nd attorney too.
Take off work for a month. Trust God and pray and learn everything you can about court proceedings, your state domestic laws, and case precedent, particularly precedent for your area and if possible, your judge.
Trust God and pray. Stir up as much litigation as you can against your ex-wife, especially if she's been doing the same against you. It'll add to your costs almost nothing (some $25 court filing fees) while it adds a lot to your ex-wife's legal fees because she and her parents are paying by the hour for the attorney. Eventually she'll have to drop the attorney because it's too expensive.
Trust God and pray. At that point the two of you are facing the judge alone with no attorneys screwing everything up.
That's exactly how I got custody.
Change your gender and lower your insurance rates. I guess that would make it safer for everybody. Sarc.
