Over the weekend and beyond:
No House of Representatives, govt paralyzed.
bidEn cannot put forth ANY EO to change this.
House staffers could go unpaid, without benefits.
Elected housel members cannot conduct matters of national security, cannot get intelligence briefings, and cannot pass ‘emergency’ measures.
In many ways, I feel safer from government than in many a year.
