It’s good that DeSantis is not backing down, rather than going full establishment now that term limits protect him from Florida’s voters. However, why would he need a state-run board to enforce the removal of Disney’s special status? Just treat Disney like every other non-privileged corporation in Florida. JMO.

I think one of the reasons and I could be wrong is the debt run up by the previous regime over Disney, it’s about 700 million and the last thing DeSantis wants is for the taxpayers in Orange County to be stuck with that tab
