Grooming or not it's about damn time for Disney to be treated like every other company in Florida.
When Disney was first bringing Disney World to Florida, to land that at the time had little other value, they had all the leverage. But now that the property has been built out at a cost of many billions of dollars, the state of Florida has all the leverage, and it’s time to use it.
Those parks are kind of heavy and hard to pick up and move.
