Gaetz should not resign from Congress - he should leave the Republican Party and caucus with the GOP (occasionally) as an independent. And so should the other 20 holdouts.

What a farce. It’s Matt Gaetz himself who is giving the Democrats “Co-Control” of the chamber. He’s already wasted a week with ZERO oversight of the Biden crime family, of the open border, of the fetanyl crises or of big tech censorship. He and the rest of the head bangers and dead enders are effectively giving the Dems everything they want.

Nor should we believe that his motives are as pure as the driven snow. He REFUSES to confirm or deny if he’s demanding a committee assignment.
