That is a pretty ignorant statement. Capitola is a beautiful city and where lots of locals go there to eat. I have been there many times and I don’t see any homeless there. It has always been clean and the hospitality is awesome.
Please don’t stereotype Northern California by what goes on in the city. (SF)
Capitola does not equal Santa Cruz. Down by the main drag stop was filthy last time I visited.
