Predators always attack the old and crippled that are unprotected by the herd. Wrong time and place for the old lady with a walker. Perfect time and place for a repeat offender predator.

I think someone who ohysically attacks someone this old or disabled should be charged with attempted murder because it is so easy to kill someone that age.
