No thanks. I will continue with my 50% carbs, 30% fats, and 20% protein macros. Then I will use my standard “look at me, look at you”, when someone comments on my carbs.

Why do people feel the need to comment on what you are eating? It is the weirdest thing to me.

I was on Facebook for a while about 6 years ago.
Equal male and female friends, yet 90+% of posts were women.
Everyday I was barraged with pictures of their food.

Unlike a vegan, I have no interest in PUSHING keto. However, if I see someone struggling with their weight and not succeeding, then of course I’ll offer it as an option. After 45 years of yo-yo diets, it has worked extremely well for me the last 5+ years.

But if someone doesn’t have an issue with how they eat, it is their own business. Including a diabetic friend who insists on eating cakes, cookies and ice cream while taking insulin. I think she is killing herself but she isn’t interested in changing. Glad she isn’t my wife! I don’t look forward to going to her funeral.
