As I understand it, the “big house” doesn’t have a loo either. Just 2 bathrooms together with a guest room form 1 shared facilities “cottage”.
For a weekend/vacation getaway, that sounds fine. It just seems like living in a stationary RV. I need another room to run to when I’ve exceeded my wife’s tolerance. Which can be often in the winter.
