I saw my first COVID-19 patient on January 23, 2020, still do, there are 14 in my hospital today.

It is unquestionably true that IFR has declined stunningly since the November 2020-January 2021 period. It is now very low, we had one death in November 2022 which patient acted exactly like it was November 2020, but this is now unusual.

How is it determined that a patient has COVID-19?
