The only danger to that is people like Crenshaw referring to other Republicans as the enemy rather than the Communists, causing a predictable schism in the party if there isn’t one already.

That was the point Jordan was making in his nomination speech for McCarthy.

Sorry for being obtuse, but the only way that Jordan’s statement that you reference makes any sort of sense to me is if it ends like this here:

“So let’s all do the only reasonable thing and make like good little Republicans and play along with the boss man, because he’s been here the longest.”
