“You think they should make football illegal?”
I think parents should think real hard about allowing their kids to to play the ‘game’.
I still carry scars and endure pain from a football injury when I was 17.
The same parents who might have been telling their adult sons in the NFL to get vaxxed in order to keep the gravy train chugging along...?
I wonder how many might have done that.

I have heard other former high school football players says the same thing. In addition, there has been a steady increase in player size which will make the current injuries more severe than in the past. You add in coaches who are re-living their glory days and a parent should think long and hard about it.

Sorry to hear that, but I expect anybody going into a sport where much of the game is spent in bodies slamming into each other understands they are likely to become hurt and/or possibly injured.
