To: Red Badger

It seems like there have been a lot of sudden deaths in other sports but not football. I am not sure why.

Maybe there are so many other people playing other sports compared to football.

Maybe the only people playing football are younger. Maybe the NFL is doing more heart testing than other sports. There have been several retired NFL players who have suddenly died. One retired 38-year-old just died a couple of days ago.

In football you have sort bursts of activity as opposed to long stretches like soccer.

I am not an expert, but I am surprised there haven’t been any sudden deaths in the US major sports given they were all vaccinated. I guess one could ask is they were really given the vaccine but that seems to me a bit of a stretch.

There are only 16 regular games a year? Small number compared to other sports?
