If he’s been intubated, how bad is that? Not a doctor but I seem to recall it’s a very bad sign.

It’s hard to tell. He may have been I tj aged for airway protection based on a neck injury though I think this is unlikely. Intubation is part of ACLS

I would think intubation would be a normal procedure to keep him breathing until they are able to see what they are facing. Sounds like they may have been able to get a heart beat. Praying.

I have been texting with one of the nursing faculty at a site we support who is a critical care RN. The good doctor’s correct - she said intubation is part of the ACLS protocol. So there may not be any conclusions to be drawn from that.

ESPN reports he is in critical condition.
