The only time I’ve seen that happen real life.. it was a friend who dived in the river without checking the depth. He got up and stiffened his neck... whispered to his sister to be taken to ER... he held his neck stiff all the way there and they put a halo on him. He WALKED in... tough kid...
Wow, I feel sorry for his poor sister - that sort of trauma will haunt her for the rest of her life.
