My money is on Birmingham.
I was raised during segregation which was not really segregation it just met you went to different schools and there was no enter marriage or sexual stuff openly but black culture was so much different than today it’s really falling off a cliff and taking everyone else with it

I have noticed that urban Chick-fil-A struggle of bit more but they are still head and shoulders above the rest Whataburger also tends to run fairly well as does Culver’s
The guy at the drive through window clearly didn’t mind waiting for his order.
I used to work at a McD’s and those red tile floors get pretty danged slippery from all the grease. They are virtual skating rinks if not kept clean.
The deep south was the last to go in that regard but it too has headed that way
