The dumbasses will not regret it because they are unwilling or incapable of linking their voting patterns to the end result. I have maintained for years that one of the defining characteristics of Democrat voters is an inability to learn. We see it all the time. They vote Democrat and the standard of living and the economy of their state goes to hell. So they move to another state and start all over again. Look at the millions of illegal aliens coming here from Venezuela because they screwed up their country by voting for the socialist. Now heading here to do the same thing. I was born during WWII so I probably won’t live to see the end stage, but my kids will and I feel sorry for them.
