ransomnote: The National Institute of Health (NIH) ignores FOIA requests; it's is 'past due' on 633 such requests. When the NIH finally provide partial information  for the past 10 years regarding royalties their report indicated 1800 scientists received a total of $350 million dollars in royalties, but the NIH's document did not provide the amounts each scientists received, the patent number, or the 3rd party (pharma) making the royalty payment. Your tax dollars at work!

I made no argument about that. I only note that Fauci -- "America's top virologist" as CNN said these last years -- was hugely paid, and among the remuneration was, at a minimum, an additional $100K from Mc-Graw Hill. Nice "royalties from a textbook and is on the editorial board of the publisher." Note the range started at 100K and went to some larger number....

Having plowed through the Kennedy book on Fauci and double-checked a number of sources, I'd say he is a less than forthright fellow and certainly a very wealthy man for all his "public" service and text book stuff. Bet you'd like such a take each year....

Additionally, I note that the most recent forms are not available online.

I'm just pointing out that despite the implication of the click-bait headline there's no evidence that Fauci gets any royalties from Big Pharma.
