Any city that has a Poop App to find spots to avoid walking most likely does not have much difference between sewers and storm water drains.

In a properly designed system storm water is carried in storm sewers and the stuff that goes down your household or commercial drain is carried in sanitary sewers. And ne’er the twain shall meet. And the “sanitary sewer” is called that because it keeps the city sanitary, not because it is itself sanitary.
