We looked at a house that used a small stream for water. That looked like a possible disaster in the making! We are on city water now, which is pricey - but it won’t run out.

Exactly what hub’s said, about city water....good move!!
We’re on a well....so...hoping that doesn’t ever go dry. We’re in the swamp...so, I’m guessing the chances are low.
