Did your respiratory therapist give you
breathing exercises to do?
I was diagnosed CPOD in 2017,and was on 02 24/7 back then.
But with those exercises, I was able to come off of it,
and began using a small portable.
By 2018, I only brought the portable (as I do now) in case of an episode of SOB.
It’s a tough road back, but with determination you can do it!
may 2023 be the year of your emancipation!
