US denied "bio-weapons labs" in Ukraine, not that we didn't fund labs at all. There is even a wikipedia site that list the program: Nunn–Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction - Wikipedia. Previously, Russians presented their "evidence" to the UN, UN said, "UN still sees no sign of biological weapons in Ukraine". Russians attacked Georgia, accused them of having bio-weapons labs in 2018. After taking 20% of Georgian land Russian proof of bio-weapons labs in Georgia came to be nothing.

A program seemingly designed to provide CIA cover.
You want us to believe that the government we have now, that lies about EVERYTHING, is finally telling us the truth about this.
