I’m not going to pretend that Trump said that the Ukraine was one of the most corrupt countries on earth, that Biden extorted a Ukrainian official to get his son off the hook for crimes, that Joe didn’t receive funds from Ukraine, that Hunter didn’t receive funds from Ukraine, that Pelosi’s son didn’t transfer funds from Ukraine, that Schumer’s son didn’t transfer funds from Ukraine, that the DNC didn’t money launder funds through crypto via ukraine, that this is a proxy war, that the Deep State created Covid-19 and biowarfare products. I’m not going to deny reality in order to make your theory ‘work’. The Ukraine is the Deep State HeadQuarters and funds the DNC/Biden/Pelosi/Schumer etc
What you posted is separate from and has absolutely no relation to a 30 year old arms control program or Russian disinformation. The BTRP was created after the USSR collapsed. Those are now disease research labs. The history of the program is publicly available. To call that “theory” is a strange definition of the word.
