running the legal system, would have those car thieves back on the streets before their victims had filed an insurance claim for their totaled cars.

You are so right. If a crime happens to you even the quickest police response is critical minutes away, and in some of these Lib hellholes the paperwork is all that’s really ever done. You are just on your own.
