Water? Do you know what fish do in that stuff?
Don't think so. Maybe Dihydrogen Monoxide?
Gatorade?
Shouldn’t that be pre-pee-placement?
The preview for an article you're about to post leaves a lot to be desired, IMHO.
If you make a mistake in the title, the authors name, the publish date, or the article source, you're SOL as none of those show in the preview.
Cross your fingers and say a prayer before you post the article.
If I knew how to cook I would make bone broth. If I didn’t know how to cook I would buy some at the store, preferably organic heated up add some rice or barley or somesuch to give it some fiber and some substance. Bone broth will do wonders for your gut.
Then I would go get some kefir at the store. LifeWay brand is pretty inexpensive and you can get it with blueberries or strawberries or something like that and I would drink that because that has high vitamin K and different probiotics that are good for your gut. And I would also get some emergenC packets and mix them with water and drink them for electrolites and other vitamins.
I would take 500 mg of magnesium also. I would take zinc. I would take liquid vitamin B complex.
I don’t know what your illness is bad I think all these things would be very therapeutic for anyone who can’t eat solid foods at the moment.
Then I would eat a lot of yogurt with bananas and a little fiber, like wheat germ.
You should look into Traditional Chinese Medicine. Gastrointestinal peristalsis is a complex process, involving nerve activity in the enteric nervous system, muscular contractions in the intestine, immune function, ion concentrations in the intestinal lumen controlled through ion pumps which are partially nerve-controlled, and other factors, from the microbes growing there to the influx or excretion of water in the lumen.
It is very complex. Traditional Chinese Medicine spent thousands of years analyzing how it all worked, and how different herbs, as well as acupuncture, could be used to massage all of it. It is actually incredibly powerful, if you combine the herbs and the acupuncture, because it will identify which of maybe 50-60 causes could be behind it, and it will often have a great cure for that specific cause.
Go on Google or yelp, and look for local TCM practitioners. Look for Chinese trained, if possible, look for both acupuncture and herbs in the same practitioner, and then look at the reviews, and try a few, until you find one which helps. I can guarantee you, one of them can help you.
If you try to change your diet, you are taking an already weak system, and just weakening it further.

And get an appointment to visit a medical clinic/doctor, if symptom persists past next Friday, January 6th.
No, no! Metamucil seizes you up, not loosen. I found out that its for those who tend toward diarrhea, not constipation.
For proper consistency and regularity, I eat a pitted prune ot two every day. That works quite well, even better if your prunes are the ones canned in a jar in their juice.
For this article poster, knarf, I'd say also get some bottled prune juice and drink a glass every day. The juice is quite delicious and effective, naturally.
Don't overdo brick cheese--the rennet used to coagulate milk can make you very unhappy.
If you’re having trouble, get a urinal. It makes the placement of the pee liquid easier.
Garden-of-Life Raw Organic Meal powder - about $2/serving mix with water or cow/almond milk - find it on Amazon. Cow/goat milk products tend to thicken mucus so try almond milk. Also grab some beeno, for gas-causing foods.
Become a grazer - break your meals into 6 or 7 light meals. Heavy stomach can make it hard to breathe. Speaking of stomach, don’t forget abdominal breathing. Instead of ‘chest breathing’ (flat stomach, chest moves up and down) inhale so abdomen sticks out, exhale by contracting diaphram - like a baby sleeping. It takes some practice and works best when you’re sitting, but it’s less tiring than using your chest muscles. Also useful during light exercise. Break your exercise into 2 or 5 minute sessions. Walk for 6 minutes - either down to the mailbox and back or inside from front door to back door and back. Very important to keep moving those legs.
I think he was asking for a friend.
Stool softeners are not all they are cracked up to be. Such a chore, kneading them into the mess!
