I’ve been watching the bacon prices at WM for the last year or so. Stable at around $4.40/lb for Great Value hickory smoked. I bought eggs last night. $5.96/dozen. Albuquerque metro area.

They are 5.75 a dozen. Yes expensive, but they seem to be selling them. Eggs go in many recipes especially at Christmas time.

Interesting that more folks could raise backyard chickens for eggs except that many communities will not allow it. Hmmm.....”folks raising yolks”. Has a certain ring to it. Wonder what the hoa will have to say if everybody just does it anyway. ‘MERICA! Where freedom abounds...Unless it offends your neighbors.
