He hears external voices in his head and is prone to fits of rage. He probably has some pre-natal damage. It wouldn’t surprise me if he was grossly overweight.

...criminal complaint states that the boy, who has not been identified, took his mother’s keys and retrieved a gun from a lock box before firing and killing her as she did laundry, WISN reported.
In her first interview, Mann’s sister Rhonda Reid told local news station TMJ4 that the boy had been diagnosed with a mood disorder and his therapist had recommended reducing his access to video games.
“He was upset about these (electronic) devices being taken away,” Ms Reid told TMJ4.
