I'll bet he was dancing as she was "twerking", and was waving his firearm around, holding it sideways and talking rap, when it went off. See, if he had only taken a gun safety course and kept his finger off the trigger, that one rule might have saved him from a life of crime...:)
He probably had one of these installed on his gun!
