This russian invasion and genocide excusing FReeper forgets to mention that these lands were populated by a Ukrainian majority ,which is why they were incorporated in a Ukrainian SSR.

Ethnicity of Donbas was majority Ukraininan in 1926 that's why it was incorporated into the Ukrainian SSR. Russians were a minority.
