I like swiss cheese on my grilled cheese sandwiches. With bacon, olive oil and a couple tomato slices but only if tomato is in season and it’s garden fresh.
I do Swiss cheese and sliced ham on wheat bread. Sometimes add a spinach leaf.
I eat my Avocado and tomato separate.
I don’t like cooked fruit generally speaking.
I make grilled cheese sandwiches in an air fryer. Spray a little olive oil on the bread. Comes out great without a lot of butter.
