Yellow triangle pointing up = nutrient increases benefit
Yellow triangle pointing down = nutrient decreases benefit
Red triangle pointing up = increases harm
Shading of “box” = data quality
Additional columns of “depletion factors”(i.e. taking supplement A can: decrease, increase, negate, or have no impact on Supplement B etc.). Would provide additional useful info for anyone charting out what their supplement combinations actually can do. High dose vitamin C and copper may not work together well.
